Renaissance Hotel Public Spaces

A 5* public spaces project in the centre of Amsterdam as a part of multi-million refurbishment. Public spaces involving Reception, Lobby, Bar, Restaurant area with show kitchen, Conference rooms, Executive lounge and Gymnasium. We supplied furniture elements, artificial and natural stone, featured panels and decoration wall panelling.

Overview

Included site examination, site measures, meetings with investors, designers, architects, builders and site management to define action plan and coordination between involved parties. Drawing updates and detail clarification as usual, plus evaluation of possibility to implement requested or needed changes in the original design to adapt to the situation on site. Planning of deliveries and adjusting them with status at the building site. Deliveries of public area furniture were made in semi assembled state often also with van deliveries due to limited access and special traffic regulations in city centre.

Materials

Walnut veneered MDF, stained, lacquered, solid walnut inlays, lippings and inserts, MFC non visible corpuses with HPL shelves and horizontals, painted MDF with antique effect and aged multi layer sanded finish on elements at Restaurant area, Nero Assoluto natural granite stone and white artificial quartz stone, true patinated brass decoration elements, s/steel and tempered glass elements at Bar together with special purpose fittings.
