Hilton Hotel Project


For our Irish partner we supplied furniture for a refurbishment of a part of 5* hotel including presidential suite in hi-gloss finished ebony veneer and chrome elements. Project included 23 guest room sets in walnut veneered MDF in satin finish, with upholstered & stitched main panels at headboards, writing desks, wardrobes with minibar cabinet and stone tea shelf.

Overview

Drawing revisions and syncronisation, finish and color sample confirmation, consiliation of metal parts and confirmation, detail definition, transport organisation & logistics.
Production of 23 room sets of bedroom furniture. Sliding door wardrobes consisting of corner minibar cabinet with top made from polished natural stone Nero Assoluto for serving tea and coffee, with mirror on back wall panel and black painted tempered glass panel on side panel. Main storage unit with internal safe / open shelves unit and hanging space under full width shelf. Writing desk units with drawers and open shelf for storage. Headboards with two upholstred pads assembled with emphasised joint feature. L shaped night units with drawer hiddenly fixed to headboard. Luggage unit with drawer, open shelf bellow and protective stainless steel stripes on top. Bed frames with veneered visible frames, raw sanded solid spruce mattrece support planks and solid walnut legs with two additional with castors for easier moving when cleaning.
Presidential suite items all in veneered macassar MDF with hi-end polished hi-gloss acrylic finish. All metal parts made in premium chromed polished finish. 

Materials

All bedroom furniture made from quarter cut american walnut MDF, edges closed in thick walnut veneer all with slight radii on edges. Slight stained natural semi matt PU finish, shadow gaps painted black. Leatherete uphostery parts made with fire retardant foam and fillings. Custom made stainless steel protective stripes and hi-end chromed parts at presidential suite with silver welding to eliminate any color changes on chrome.
