Overview
Included drawing revisions, finish and color sample matching & confirmation, site examination and recheck of the measurements, consiliation of measuring and drawing differences and confirmation, detail definition, delivery distribution & phasing according to site limitationsProduction of furniture in MFC and HPL materials for 170 rooms in multiple stages with intermediate storage between stages. Installation and fit-out went from top floors down, in-sync with other parties on the build. Delivery and installation on site was organised in multiple phases due to ongoing site building completion progress. Central city location posed another challenge for exact logistics and deliveries.
Materials
General material was wenge decor MFC and HPL on exposed horizontals. Upholstery with fabric and fire retardant foam to headboards whith el. sockets on sides. Top trays of night units were made removable in oak veneered chipboard, stainied to wenge color. At built-in wardrobe assemblies doors were mounted on matted aluminium guide rails, separated from main wardrobe corpuses which posed another challenge to exact measuring and logistics. Washbasin counters made from water resistant plywood with HPL and natural polished Nero Assoluto granite stone, same stone was used also at tea shelves at wardrobes.| < Prev | Next > |
