ACHAT project

Included a complete building renovation and interior fit-out of more than 140 guest rooms and public spaces. A demanding job which included constant collaboration with involved parties and revisions of drawings due to construction changes in given time frame. Featured finish, color and details presentations, matching & confirmation on site meetings with the client, followed by site examination, measurements and rechecking together with consequential consiliations of differences between measuring data and drawings.

Overview

Involved production of furniture for 140+ rooms delivered in four stages with on-site level storage to efficiently use purpose hired construction lift for distribution of furniture to floors due to too small building lifts. Adaptation and adaptation with the other joinery parties involved on the project. Also staged installation with delivery and installation of public area items in last phase and completing final snags.

Materials

All visible public area items in real wenge veneer and solid wenge wood, with satin finish, non visible elements in wenge decor MFC / HPL combination, bar front facade custom made from alternating solid wenge wood and white frosted resin with back illumination. Reception counter with a corner detail made from tempered clear glass with illuminated decorative honeycomb featured panels inside. Room furniture made in MFC / HPL decor with ABS edges and rounded solid wood corners, stained to match MFC.
